They say remembering an event can evoke just as much joy as when you experienced it (if not more), and we can definitely say that’s true when we think back on Illuminate 2022: Workforce Health, Reimagined. 

The weather was beautiful, the cinnamon-dusted donuts were delicious, and the oceanside view during cocktail hour was breathtaking. But the best part? The people. We brought together some of the brightest minds in healthcare and employee benefits to discuss the most pressing health and wellbeing issues facing our HR leaders and the workforce today.

It was so great to be in person together again, to reunite with peers and meet new ones. And while the day itself was fantastic, we can’t wait to see how those who attended (including our wonderful virtual guests) apply some of the insights and learnings.
