When the COVID-19 pandemic hit the United States in early 2020, it brought with it a slew of unprecedented challenges. This dangerous, quickly-spreading virus threw a wrench in an already complex healthcare system.

Many new questions arose, such as:

• What populations would be more adversely affected?
• What could be done to slow the spread of the virus?
  

At Castlight, we knew that we needed to step up for our members — and beyond — to help them navigate these difficult and confusing circumstances. In collaboration with our customers and partners, our team worked tirelessly to build the country’s most comprehensive COVID-19 test site finder, provide transparent cost estimates, conduct personalized outreach to vulnerable populations, and more.
